Description

• Full Synthetic media filters not only catch and remove even the smallest particulates, but also better withstand complex chemical reactions between fuel components, combustion products and contaminated oil that cause premature filter aging.
• The high-quality-high-capacity M-Pleat (zigzag pleat pattern) Media Structure provides more filtration area, allowing for enhanced Dust Holding Capacity (DHC) and extension of life
• The resin-impregnated media ensures structural integrity during its operation under pressure and temperature spikes.
• The M-Pleating core function is to provide consistent flow due to evenly spaced pleats, and the optimum number of pleats to provide more room to ‘breathe’ and decreases a drop in pressure.
• The louvered ‘baffle’ type screen holds the media in place creating a swirl effect, that forces the oil to contact more of the media when passing through the filter.
• Unlike when the simple perforated screens are used and the oil takes the path of least resistance through the filter, resulting in less media contact and poor filtration.
